Help & Advice

when placing orders

Overseas Orders

We welcome overseas orders; the customs tariffs can be confusing and therefore wherever possible use a UK delivery address.

For smaller orders our preferred method of dispatch is via Royal mail with a CN21 customs form and request that small orders are by this method.

Larger orders should be arranged via a import/export agent.

Alternatively we can pack ready for you or your agent to pick up from our Bournemouth B2B collection point.

Orders for Vintage Keys

The Morlands Key Codex contains many databases for vintage keys which when ordered are cut very accurately from the data.

Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment, workshop cut keys can take up to 2 working to ship. Non-delivery must be advised within 7 days of the shipping/dispatch date advised to you by email. The carriers cannot entertain claims for non delivery after this date.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Packets and boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
