Membership of the History of Locks Research & Social Group (HoLRSG) benefits include:-
Annual membership includes both Local and Global membership.
Local Meetings held in the MLA Heritage Rooms centraly located in the UK.

Regular monthly meetings within a friendly social environment. We meet on the third Sunday of the month from 10am. Main talk/activity is always after lunch. So you can arrive early from 10am, and stay after for socialising and/or study.
The group is accesable and open to everyone, all thats required is an interest in vintage/antique locks and/or the people that made them.

The History of Locks Supporters Group
The group mutually supports an interchange of data through a mixture of the website forum www.antique-locks.com and local gatherings/meetings in the heart of the UK Midlands region - traditionally the home of English lockmaking.
Local: regular monthly meetings in the MLA Heritage Rooms, featuring talks, discussions, research all in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. The MLA HQ is centraly located in the UK and is only a couple of hours drive or less for most members.
Antique-Locks.com Membership of the 'Group' includes membership to the History of Locks global forum antique-locks.com; the Forum was established almost 20 years ago in 2004 and contains a wealth of information in its historic posts and download pictures/documents. Once you have joined familiarise yourself with the extremely powerful search feature which may well answer many of you questions and of course you can post your own questions and pictures as well as interacting with members queries. We take the academic view and register your username as your real name and attach your head & shoulder picture to your profile thus adding to your international reputatation in this field.
To Join the 'Group' simply click the 'Add to Basket' button. You can if you wish enter into the 'quantity box' additional years membership with no upper limit. This also ensures uninterrupted membership whilst at the same time guards against possible future membership price increases.
